A tribute to greatness

Apostle Dalyop G. Gwom aka Daps is one unmistakably unique musical sensation to come out of Plateau state, Nigeria and Africa.

His music is original and soul lifting. Using local and international languages,  it resonates with such inspiration of the message of hope, salvation from sin and absolute dependence on the grace and mercy of the  Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.

Many have identified him (and rightly so) as a prophet. His is beyond just the talent. Credible and rooted in God's word, he is a blessing to his generation. He was a guest speaker at the 2015 edition of The Prophetic Trumpeters' annual December programme at Ik'ngwakap, Mushere, Bokkos Local Government Area of Plateau. Again, the last programme had raised its bar higher with an enhanced delivery of free medical outreach services as anchored by its Chief Host, Pastor Aaron Somshak. Lots of testimonies were birthed from the programme as would be the focus in my subsequent commentary. This alongside his many exploits in God's kingdom stands Daps out as a beacon of hope in a dying world.

Daps has indeed being a blessing to humanity as he devotes his life to reaching both the reached and the unreached with the great message of God's love and the restoration of men back to where He (God) had planned for them. His social media posts of recent shows he is currently on one of such outings at the Barbados. Barbados is an eastern Caribbean island and an independent British Commonwealth nation, with Bridgetown as its capital. Around the island are beaches, botanical gardens, the Harrison’s Cave formation, and other historic sights.

This weekend lets pay our sincere tribute to this icon of God's worship and ministrations; a great, effective and vibrant youth doing his generation real proud.

May God continue to keep and bless him as he fulfills divine mandate and inspire many others. Can I hear an Amen!
